CBSE to offer pre-exam psychological counseling from 1 February 2019
From 1 February 2019 up to 4 April 2019, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will provide psychological counseling ahead of the examination season, In order to help overcome exam-related mental anxiety among students.
From this year, the facility of IVRS on toll-free number 1800 11 8004, introduced by the CBSE. This year is the 22nd consecutive year wherein CBSE will provide pre-examination psychological counseling services to students and parents.
The program is structured as a component of the board’s effort program which takes into account the heterogeneous understudies’ and parent’s populace and tremendous geological system of schools.
Tips for better preparation, time and stress management, FAQ’s along with living telecounselling services are included in the students/parents/stakeholders can obtain pre-recorded useful information on tackling board exams.
